This can be made using any jam of your choice, its great with a not-too-sweet gooseberry jam, or a freshly made rhubarb compote (seasonal), lemon curd or black cherry compote.


This can either be a 2 layer 8 inch (serves 12) for £55, or a larger 9.5inch (serves 16) for an additional £15.
